Service Description
TenantDesk provides AI-powered property management communication services including automated maintenance triage, missed call textback, prospect qualification, and portfolio briefing via SMS, voice, and email.
SMS Terms
By using TenantDesk, you authorize us to send and receive text messages on your behalf. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out. Recipients can reply HELP for assistance.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for accuracy of tenant, property, and vendor data. You confirm you have the right to provide tenant contact information. You agree to inform tenants that automated messaging is used.
Limitation of Liability
TenantDesk provides AI-assisted recommendations, not professional advice. Property managers retain all decision-making authority. We are not liable for AI diagnostic inaccuracies or vendor performance.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. Data is deleted within 90 days of termination.
