Information We Collect
Property manager account information (name, email, phone, business details). Tenant contact information provided by property managers (names, phone numbers, unit assignments). Maintenance request content (text messages, photos via SMS/MMS). Call metadata (caller phone number, duration, timestamps). Vendor contact information provided by property managers.
How We Use Information
To provide automated maintenance triage and communication services. To send SMS notifications to tenants, property managers, and vendors. To generate portfolio briefings and performance reports. To improve AI diagnosis and qualification accuracy.
SMS/Text Messaging
We send automated text messages on behalf of property managers. Message frequency varies based on maintenance activity and prospect inquiries. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
No mobile information or SMS opt-in data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We may share data with service providers (Twilio for SMS/voice, Anthropic for AI). We may disclose information if required by law.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted servers and restricted access to protect your data.
Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of service. Data is deleted upon written request.
